The executed section of the C-31 corresponds to a single-carriageway road, with a project speed limit of 90 km/h. It has a length of 16,871.80m, and crosses the municipalities of La Tallada d’Empordà, Albons, Viladamat, Ventalló, Torroella de Fluvià, and Vilacolum. It has 13 viaducts (bridges and underpasses), an exemplary development in its construction maintaining the permeability for the wildlife of the execution environment and respect for the environment in the delivery of every detail.
