This is the project for the new construction of the changing rooms building for the existing sports pavilion. This changing rooms building is located parallel to its east side, with direct access from the public road, Maresme Avenue, and with exclusive access also from the patio of the El Turó public school, through an external ramp. The new building is located at the same level as the sports hall court, to facilitate communication between the changing rooms and the playing court. It is rectangular in shape and will be built with a structure of two parallel load-bearing walls and a laminated wood roof structure supported on these, creating an overhang up to the facade of the existing sports hall, without interfering with the existing structure and construction of the NEW Municipal Pavilion and adjoining changing rooms in Masquefa.

The new section of the Ter River bicycle path that connects Sant Joan de les Abadesses and Sant Pau de Segúries has entered into service. This section connects the Perella Bridge in Sant Joan with Sant Pau de Segúries, and thus this municipality with the Iron Route. It has a length of 2.6 kilometers and has cost 1.9 million euros, funded by the Department of the Vice Presidency and Digital Policies and Territory. The route runs parallel to the left bank of the Ter River, from the Can Barrera irrigation canal until it reaches the C-38 road, which it follows until arriving at Sant Pau de Segúries. Four Passeres of lengths between 24 and 75 meters have been built over the Ter River and the Can Barrera and Quatrecases irrigation canals.

In this estate, located in Seva, in the Osona region, where the Martinenc oak forest and the holm oaks give way to a clearing, and the land forms more or less flat natural terraces, this open space is used to locate the campsite, adapting it to the natural terrain. The purpose of this Special Plan is to define and organize the location of a campsite on the referenced plot at the request of the property owner, and to comply with the current planning regulations that provide use conditions for the Mas Tarrés estate that are compatible with this purpose. From a rustic estate with an extension of 566,450.00 square meters, called Camps de Terrers de Serrassola, mostly covered by woodland except where the camping site is proposed, in an area of 44,411.00 square meters, forming natural terraces from the highest area, the access from the road, to the lowest area, where the Gurri stream is located. These natural terraces that descend from southeast to northwest are used to locate the plots intended for camping in the lower part, the bungalow area in the higher and closer to the access, and the various camping services in the central area, according to the program established by the property. Ten bungalows are distributed across three platforms in the upper part of the estate; this preliminary design uses the Ali-6 model from GRUPOCID, a company specialized in prefabricated wooden houses.
